These are light flash indicator codes for the ABS system.
My ABS light stays on and I'm thinking it's a dusty sensor on the front wheel.

When you turn the vehicle on, the ABS light normally comes on, then goes out.
When there is an error, the light stays on and after X number of seconds after starting, there is a light that flashes indicating what the error is.

There is a good write-up here

My ABS Problem:

1. My ABS Modulator which takes pressure from the ABS Accumulator and feeds it into the brakes to make them pulse after the wheel speed sensors detect slippage or a wheel locked up and sliding.
2. My Modulator was bad so I bought on off qualityCarParts.com (Avoid) for $450.
It turned out to be bad and may have caused my ABS Accumulator to go bad.

Bill:
- Used ABS Modulator $450. $320 to install.
- Cost to replace Modulator and Accumulator. About $1,200 each, $2,400 total without tax.
I think I'll leave the ABS out of the equation b/c I live in Florida where it never snows and I walk 300 meters to work.

Crap.
